1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Overview

The Service enables WooCommerce merchants to offer customers card-based and other supported checkout
options through integrated third-party payment providers.
Customers complete payment exclusively on provider-hosted checkout pages.

The plugin does not collect or store customer card data.

3. Software Infrastructure Only

The Service is infrastructure software only.

  • VERIFIED is not a bank.
  • VERIFIED is not a money transmitter.
  • VERIFIED is not a payment processor.
  • VERIFIED is not a cryptocurrency exchange.
  • VERIFIED does not custody, transmit, or settle funds.

All payment activity occurs exclusively on independent third-party hosted checkout platforms.

4. Limited Data Logging

For accounting and commission calculation purposes, the Service logs limited transaction metadata,
including merchant URL, order total value, infrastructure fee calculation, affiliate payout allocation
values (if applicable), and blockchain transaction hashes.

The Service does not collect customer names, email addresses, card numbers, billing addresses,
or product-level order details.

5. Redirected Checkout & KYC

Customers are redirected to third-party provider-hosted checkout experiences and may be required
to complete verification steps including KYC, identity checks, or compliance screening depending
on jurisdiction and provider policy.

VERIFIED does not control provider verification requirements.

6. Settlement (USDC on Polygon)

Settlement is delivered in USDC on the Polygon network to the wallet address configured by the merchant.

Merchants are solely responsible for:

  • Wallet address accuracy
  • Private key security
  • Wallet compatibility with Polygon USDC

Incorrect wallet configuration may result in irreversible loss of funds.

7. Infrastructure Fee (4%)

VERIFIED charges a 4% infrastructure fee on each successfully confirmed transaction.

The fee is deducted from settlement unless the merchant enables the optional customer-paid service fee configuration.

Portions of the infrastructure fee may be internally allocated for development,
maintenance, hosting, and affiliate commission distribution.

8. Third-Party Provider Fees

Third-party providers may charge additional fees including processing,
conversion, or network fees.

VERIFIED does not set, control, receive, or guarantee provider fees.
Provider fees may change at any time.

9. Third-Party & White-Labeled Components

The Service integrates APIs, white-labeled systems, open-source libraries,
and hosted checkout components not developed or fully controlled by VERIFIED.

VERIFIED is not responsible for:

  • Upstream code errors
  • Provider outages
  • API failures
  • External library vulnerabilities
  • System downtime caused by third parties

10. Merchant Responsibilities
