This page explains fees associated with the VERIFIED Crypto Checkout WooCommerce plugin (“Software”),
a product of VERIFIED Credit Card Processing LLC.

1. VERIFIED Infrastructure Fee (4%)

VERIFIED charges a 4% infrastructure fee on each successfully confirmed transaction processed through the Software.

  • The fee applies only to successfully confirmed transactions.
  • The fee is calculated based on the total order value.
  • The fee is deducted prior to settlement to the merchant’s configured wallet, unless the merchant has enabled the customer-paid service fee option within WooCommerce settings.

The 4% infrastructure fee supports software operation, development, maintenance, hosting, routing systems, affiliate commission allocation (where applicable), and related infrastructure costs.

2. Customer-Paid Service Fee Option

Merchants may enable an optional configuration allowing the 4% infrastructure fee to be displayed as a separate line item at WooCommerce checkout.

  • If enabled, the customer pays the 4% service fee.
  • If not enabled (default), the 4% is deducted from merchant settlement.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring their pricing structure complies with applicable local laws regarding surcharge disclosure.

3. Third-Party Provider Fees

Transactions are processed through independent third-party hosted checkout providers.

Providers may charge additional fees including, but not limited to:

  • Card processing fees
  • Conversion fees
  • Bank transfer fees
  • Network fees

VERIFIED does not control, set, receive, or guarantee third-party provider fees.

Provider fees may vary by:

  • Country
  • Payment method
  • Card type
  • Transaction amount
  • Regulatory environment

For current provider pricing, merchants should review the provider’s official pricing disclosures.

4. No Fee Guarantees

VERIFIED does not guarantee:

  • Provider fee amounts
  • Provider approval rates
  • Settlement timing
  • Blockchain confirmation speed

Provider fees and network conditions may change at any time without notice.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversals

VERIFIED does not process chargebacks or reversals.
All disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by the third-party provider’s policies.

The 4% infrastructure fee is applied to confirmed transactions and is non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Failed or Abandoned Transactions

No infrastructure fee is charged for transactions that are not confirmed by the hosted checkout provider.

7. Affiliate Allocation (If Applicable)

Portions of the 4% infrastructure fee may be allocated internally for affiliate commission distribution under separate affiliate agreements.

Affiliate allocation does not increase the total 4% fee charged to the merchant.

8. Taxes

Merchants are responsible for determining whether taxes apply to their use of the Software or to their customer transactions.
VERIFIED does not provide tax advice.

9. Modifications

VERIFIED may update this Fees & Services Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
