1. Overview

VERIFIED Crypto Checkout is software infrastructure only.
We do not act as a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, or cryptocurrency exchange.
We do not custody, transmit, or settle funds.

All payment activity occurs exclusively on independent third-party hosted checkout platforms.

2. Information Logged by VERIFIED

For accounting, commission calculation, and reconciliation purposes, our systems log only limited transaction-related metadata:

  • Merchant website URL
  • Merchant-configured settlement wallet address (USDC – Polygon)
  • Order total value
  • Calculated infrastructure fee amount
  • Affiliate commission allocation values (if applicable)
  • Blockchain transaction hash (TXID)
  • Technical reconciliation references necessary for payment confirmation

This information is used strictly for:

  • Infrastructure fee calculation
  • Affiliate payout accounting
  • Tax and financial recordkeeping
  • Fraud monitoring and abuse prevention

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

VERIFIED does not collect, receive, store, or process:

  • Customer names
  • Customer email addresses
  • Customer billing or shipping addresses
  • Product-level order details
  • Card numbers
  • CVV codes
  • Full payment credentials
  • Bank account numbers

Customers enter payment information exclusively on third-party provider-hosted checkout pages.
VERIFIED does not have access to that data.

4. Third-Party Providers

Payments are completed through independent third-party providers.
Those providers may collect customer information, including identity verification (KYC), compliance screening, or payment credentials.

Each provider’s own privacy policy governs the customer data they collect.
VERIFIED does not control and is not responsible for third-party provider data practices.

5. White-Labeled & Third-Party Components

The Software integrates APIs, white-labeled components, open-source libraries, and hosted checkout systems not developed or controlled entirely by VERIFIED.

Data processed within those third-party systems is governed by the respective provider’s privacy and security policies.

6. Data Retention

Transaction value data and accounting records are retained as required for:

  • Financial reporting
  • Tax compliance
  • Commission reconciliation
  • Fraud investigation

Because we do not store customer payment credentials or personal consumer data, our data retention exposure is limited to accounting metadata.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures appropriate to the limited nature of data we log.

Merchants remain responsible for:

  • Securing their WordPress/WooCommerce installation
  • Protecting wallet private keys
  • Maintaining server security
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction

No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade transaction value metadata or merchant information.

9. International Use

The Software may be used globally. Merchants are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local privacy and data protection laws.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
