VERIFIED Crypto Checkout is a product of VERIFIED Credit Card Processing (“VERIFIED”, “we”, “us”).
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when merchants use the VERIFIED Crypto Checkout WooCommerce plugin.
1. What We Collect
The plugin may store and process the following merchant/order-related information within your WooCommerce installation:
- Merchant wallet address (USDC – Polygon) used for settlement
- Order metadata required for payment reconciliation (e.g., transaction IDs, tracking references, temporary wallet address)
- Order status updates related to payment completion
2. What We Do Not Collect
This plugin does not collect or store customer card numbers, CVV, or full payment credentials.
Customers enter payment information on provider-hosted checkout pages.
3. Third-Party Providers
Payments are completed through third-party providers. Those providers may collect customer information (including verification/KYC)
as part of their checkout processes. Provider privacy policies govern the customer data they collect.
4. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Service, but no system is completely secure. Merchants are responsible for securing
their WordPress/WooCommerce installation and wallet credentials.
