This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the VERIFIED Crypto Checkout WooCommerce plugin (“Software”), a product of
VERIFIED Credit Card Processing LLC (“VERIFIED”, “Company”, “we”, “us”).

The Software is infrastructure technology only and does not constitute payment processing, banking, or custodial services.
By installing or using the Software, you agree to comply with this AUP.


1. Lawful Use Only

You may use the Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your business activities are lawful in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions in which your customers reside.


2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Software in connection with:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Sanctions violations or transactions involving embargoed jurisdictions
  • Child exploitation or abuse materials
  • Unauthorized weapons sales
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Identity theft or impersonation
  • Unauthorized access to systems or networks

3. Regulated & High-Risk Industries

The Software may be used by merchants operating in regulated or high-risk industries provided such businesses are lawful and properly licensed in their operating jurisdictions.

VERIFIED does not pre-approve, underwrite, monitor, or certify merchant legality. Responsibility for legal compliance rests solely with the merchant.


4. No Circumvention

You may not use the Software to:

  • Circumvent third-party provider policies
  • Misrepresent your business model to payment providers
  • Attempt to disguise prohibited activities
  • Manipulate transaction descriptions to avoid provider screening

5. Security Obligations

You are responsible for:

  • Securing your WordPress and WooCommerce installation
  • Protecting API keys and credentials
  • Safeguarding wallet private keys
  • Maintaining adequate server security

VERIFIED is not responsible for losses resulting from merchant-side security failures.


6. No Abuse of Infrastructure

You may not:

  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Software
  • Attempt to reverse engineer proprietary components
  • Use the Software to transmit malware or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Overload or attempt to disrupt routing systems

7. Affiliate & Commission Integrity

Merchants and affiliates may not manipulate transaction values, fabricate orders, or otherwise attempt to artificially inflate infrastructure fee or commission allocations.


8. Suspension & Termination

VERIFIED may suspend or terminate access to the Software at its sole discretion where we reasonably believe:

  • This AUP has been violated
  • The merchant presents fraud risk
  • The merchant presents material legal or regulatory risk
  • The Software is being used in connection with unlawful conduct

Termination may occur without prior notice where required to mitigate risk.


9. Reporting Violations

If you believe a merchant is misusing the Software, please contact:

10. Relationship to Terms of Service

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the VERIFIED Crypto Checkout Terms of Service.
Violations of this AUP constitute a material breach of the Terms.
